After several months of further investigations and appeals, Mark was able to finagle a deal with the prosecutor on this matter—the extreme DUI charge was ultimately dropped. When you consider the 45 days jail time that I originally faced, I was more than willing to comply.
Throughout the duration of my case, Mark and his associates were extremely pleasant and always worked around my school and work schedule.
